Financial Controller – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Controller to join a well‑established group expanding its clean‑energy business in Singapore. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the finance team and act as a strategic partner to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, reporting, and controllership across business units.
• Evaluate performance against budgets, identify variances, and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with operational leaders to provide insights that improve profitability and cost management.
• Support key initiatives such as business development, M&A, and global partnerships.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and other external partners.
• Lead the finance team, champion continuous improvement and digitalisation.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in Energy, Manufacturing or Construction.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and costing methodologies.
• Proven business‑partnering experience and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
