Financial Entity Controller – Multi‑Entity Finance Lead

About the role

We are seeking a senior finance professional to build and run the operational finance backbone of a fast‑growing group operating across Southeast Asia and Europe. The role combines the rigor of a controller with the analytical depth of an FP&A lead, ensuring accurate, timely, and audit‑ready financial information for the leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly close for all group entities, coordinating internal and external accountants to deliver clean statutory books.
• Consolidate the group’s financial statements each month, managing inter‑company flows, FX translation, and preparing the reporting pack for the board.
• Build and maintain a rolling group forecast model covering revenue, costs, headcount and cash runway, with scenario analysis across entities and product lines.
• Track actuals versus budget, surface variances early and provide clear narrative for leadership action.
• Run treasury operations including daily cash positioning, FX exposure management, inter‑company funding flows and working‑capital monitoring.
• Administer the inter‑company framework, book inter‑company invoices, maintain transfer‑pricing documentation and liaise with tax advisors in each jurisdiction.
• Oversee external accountants, auditors and tax advisors supporting each entity.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing finance operations for multiple legal entities across different jurisdictions.
• Strong background in statutory close, group consolidation and FP&A modeling.
• Ability to handle treasury functions, inter‑company accounting and transfer‑pricing compliance.
• Comfortable working with senior leadership on forecasting, capital planning and financial reporting.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering audit‑ready records.
