About the role

Income Insurance Limited is seeking a full‑time remote Financial Services Consultant to help clients assess their financial needs and design tailored insurance and investment solutions. You will work closely with customers through digital channels, providing clear advice and ongoing plan monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial analyses and risk assessments to determine client suitability.
• Prepare and present customized proposals and financial plans.
• Explain product features, benefits, and regulatory considerations in an accessible manner.
• Interact with clients via phone, video, and chat to answer queries and review plan performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
• Stay up‑to‑date on market trends, company products, and industry regulations.
• Maintain client records using CRM and other digital collaboration tools.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills for interpreting financial data and assessing risk.
• Solid knowledge of finance, insurance, investments, and holistic financial planning.
• Consulting ability to identify client needs and deliver tailored recommendations.
• Professional, clear communication skills for remote client engagement.
• Relevant diploma or degree in finance, business, economics, or related field; certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with digital tools, remote collaboration platforms, and CRM systems.
• High integrity, client‑centric mindset, and ability to work independently.
