Finished Goods Planner - Taste

About the role

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances and nutrition, is hiring a Finished Goods Planner for its Taste business in Chin Bee, Singapore. This is an onsite role within a customer-focused team that shapes the identity of food and beverage brands through technology-enabled flavor design.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage daily Process Orders (POs) in SAP to support production and ensure timely order execution.
• Convert and process Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) for IFF affiliate plants.
• Review and analyse customer and affiliate order requirements, validating demand and production feasibility.
• Ensure process orders are released on time, assess raw material availability and authorize production readiness.
• Coordinate with Production, Raw Material Planning, Customer Service and others to resolve supply, production or delivery issues affecting customer commitments.
• Maintain and update SAP master data for finished goods and intermediates.
• Monitor finished goods and intermediate inventory, managing slow-moving and obsolete stock.
• Manage inventory disposition, including write-offs, blocked stock utilization and monthly inventory reviews.
• Prepare and analyse inventory and production planning reports such as aged inventory, blocked stock, Oflow FG evaluations and process order optimization opportunities.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in production planning, supply planning, inventory management or supply chain operations; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of production planning, inventory control and manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills, good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• An advantage: exposure to FMCG, chemical, pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries, and experience in inventory planning, order management or production scheduling.

Required skills

• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Data analysis and reporting to support planning decisions.
