Flexi-Adjunct English & Writing Teacher

About the role

The Write Connection (TWC) is seeking passionate English and Writing teachers to deliver engaging, small‑class lessons for primary and secondary students. As a Flexi‑Adjunct, you can customise your schedule while committing to a full academic year.

Key responsibilities

• Teach classes of up to 10 students using structured, in‑house curriculum materials.
• Create a safe, growth‑mindset learning environment.
• Mark and return student work promptly, tracking performance and providing feedback.
• Communicate regularly with parents about academic and personal progress.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience teaching English or writing in a school or learning centre.
• Degree from a reputable university, preferably in Law, Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences or Communications.
• Strong academic record in English and General Paper.
• Commitment to teach until the end of the academic year (December).

Required skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage weekly workload and mark assignments efficiently.
