Food & Beverage Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Food & Beverage Executive to join our team at TEO CHAP BEE Eating House in Woodlands, Singapore. You will play a key part in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly, from inventory management to delivering high‑quality plated dishes.

Key responsibilities

• Order supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Verify and endorse all incoming products and raw materials.
• Assist in the preparation and design of food and drink menus.
• Produce high‑quality plated dishes with attention to design and taste.
• Support food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, chopping, and cutting ingredients.
• Maintain clean and hygienic food preparation areas.
• Enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and maintain a professional approach with customers.
• Work night shifts, split shifts, and be available for extra hours or weekends as needed.

Required profile

• Positive and professional attitude towards customers and team members.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to handle fast‑paced kitchen environments and solve problems quickly.
