Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead our front‑of‑house team across Singapore. The role combines people leadership, guest experience, and operational oversight to ensure high‑energy service and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate front‑of‑house staff, set schedules, manage performance and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle guest feedback in‑person and via online platforms, analyse comments and implement improvements to boost satisfaction.
• Oversee daily FOH operations including reservations, table turns, queue management and coordinate with kitchen, bar and events teams.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute promotions, upsell food‑beverage packages and track sales, guest count and performance KPIs.
• Manage opening/closing duties, stock levels, POS reporting and ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and liquor‑licensing regulations while assisting budgeting and cost‑control initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service instincts.
• Ability to work a 6‑day split‑shift schedule and handle daily closing duties.
• Good problem‑solving, decision‑making and time‑management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Awareness of sales and marketing concepts.
