Food & Beverage Service Attendant – The Club

About the role

Join the team at The Club, Marina Bay Sands, to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to a discerning guest base. You will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring every interaction is friendly, efficient, and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Take and serve food and beverage orders with accuracy and a smile.
• Assist team members in preparing and setting up the dining area, ensuring all amenities and utensils are stocked and inspected before service.
• Handle restaurant telephone and email reservation enquiries promptly.
• Conduct suggestive up‑selling and be well‑versed in all menu items.
• Perform administrative duties related to the restaurant’s daily operations.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary school education with ‘O’ Level passes; a diploma is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in guest service or hospitality roles.
• Possess a valid food hygiene and safety certification.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Well‑groomed, professional appearance.

Required skills

• Food safety certification.
• Ability to manage telephone and email reservations.
• Strong knowledge of menu items for up‑selling.
