Food & Beverage Service Executive

About the role

The Food & Beverage Service Executive will lead a team of service staff at 1887 by André, a heritage gastronomy restaurant within Raffles Hotel Singapore. The role focuses on delivering impeccable guest experiences while supporting the outlet’s financial and operational targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of a designated station or section, ensuring high‑quality and profitable service.
• Collaborate closely with the Outlet Manager and Assistant Outlet Manager to maintain professional standards and team engagement.
• Take guest orders, promote food and beverage offerings, and ensure adherence to hotel SOPs.
• Provide courteous greetings and farewells, uphold grooming standards, and represent the brand’s heritage image.
• Assist in achieving service, product delivery, and client‑care benchmarks set by the outlet.
