Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our café. You will ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service while managing inventory and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Order supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Verify and endorse all incoming products and raw materials.
• Assist in the design and preparation of food and drink menus.
• Produce high‑quality plated dishes with attention to design and taste.
• Prepare, wash, peel, chop, and cut food ingredients as needed.
• Maintain clean and hygienic food preparation areas.
• Enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and maintain a professional customer approach.
• Work night shifts, split shifts, and occasional weekends or extra hours as required.

Required profile

• Experience in a supervisory role within a food‑service environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Positive and professional attitude towards customers and team members.
