Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will lead daily operations in our restaurant outlet, ensuring high‑quality food preparation, menu design, and excellent service standards. You will work closely with kitchen and service teams to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient environment.

Key responsibilities

• Order supplies and manage inventory to keep stock levels optimal.
• Verify and endorse all incoming products and raw materials.
• Assist in the creation and design of food and drink menus.
• Produce high‑quality plated dishes with attention to presentation and taste.
• Support food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, chopping, and cutting.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all food preparation areas.
• Enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and maintain a professional customer approach.
• Work night, split, and occasional weekend shifts as required.

Required profile

• Executive‑level experience in food and beverage operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Positive, professional attitude when interacting with customers and staff.
