Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will oversee daily kitchen and service operations at Sakura Kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. This role requires hands‑on involvement in inventory management, menu preparation, and staff coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Order supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Verify and endorse all incoming products and raw materials.
• Assist in the preparation and design of food and drink menus.
• Produce high‑quality plated dishes with attention to design and taste.
• Support food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, chopping, and cutting.
• Maintain clean and hygienic food preparation areas.
• Enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and manage problematic situations.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with customers.
• Work night shifts, split shifts, and be available for extra hours or weekends as needed.
