Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily operations at our outlet in Singapore. You will ensure smooth service flow, high food quality, and excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage operations.
• Lead service staff, monitor performance, attendance, and schedules.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, hygiene, and safety.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service issues professionally.
• Assist with inventory control, stock taking, ordering, and waste minimisation.
• Ensure outlet cleanliness and compliance with company procedures.
• Train and coach new and existing staff on service standards.
• Support the manager with daily reports, sales monitoring, and administrative duties.
• Provide extra support during peak periods to maintain efficient service flow.

Required profile

• No formal academic qualification required.
• Relevant experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and work independently.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
