Food Service Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations across our island‑wide locations in Singapore. You will ensure high‑quality food preparation, maintain hygiene standards, and support menu development while managing inventory and staff schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Order supplies and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Verify and endorse incoming products and raw materials.
• Assist in the preparation and design of food and drink menus.
• Produce high‑quality plated dishes with attention to design and taste.
• Prepare, wash, peel, chop, and cut all food ingredients.
• Clean food preparation equipment, kitchen tools, and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Ensure food preparation areas are clean, hygienic, and comply with sanitation regulations.
• Monitor portion control to meet requests and minimize waste.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and maintain a professional approach with customers.
• Work split shifts, night shifts, weekends, public holidays, and overtime as required.

Required profile

• Executive‑level candidate able to work flexible hours, including night and split shifts.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
