Founding Designer – Product & Brand

About the role

We are building a governance platform for autonomous security operations and need a founding designer who can shape both product and brand. You will own the visual language across the website, product interface, marketing decks, event graphics and more, ensuring a consistent, trustworthy experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the visual identity for the product and the company.
• Design data‑dense, expert‑focused interfaces that remain readable in high‑stress situations.
• Create cohesive branding assets – website, decks, social posts, event graphics – that feel like a single system.
• Collaborate closely with two founding engineers, providing design direction and feedback without debating the importance of design.
• Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate exploration and asset production while maintaining rigorous design judgement.

Required profile

• Comfortable working as the sole designer in a fast‑moving startup.
• Strong sense of design judgement, especially around trust, authority and clarity.
• Ability to translate complex security concepts into intuitive visual narratives.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Singapore (hybrid model) and hold the right to work locally.
