About the role

We are looking for a reliable freelance Administrative Assistant to join our Tampines office immediately. The role is part‑time, supporting our accounting team with data entry and various ad‑hoc administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

Enter invoices and other information accurately into the company system.
Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality and proper filing.
Assist with routine admin duties such as document preparation and filing.
Support the accounting team with basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.

Required profile

Detail‑oriented and able to commit to the specified daily hours.
Good typing speed and basic computer proficiency.
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
Accounting knowledge is a plus.

What we offer

Monthly remuneration between SGD 500 and SGD 1,500.
Flexible part‑time schedule (9 am‑7 pm Mon‑Fri, 9 am‑2 pm Sat).
