Freelance Graphic Designer

About the role

Buddy Bites is a fast‑growing subscription‑first pet food brand looking for a versatile graphic designer to shape the visual identity of the company across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Design packaging for dog and cat food ranges, from dielines to final artwork.
• Create website UI and landing pages on Shopify.
• Produce performance ad creatives for Meta and Google platforms.
• Develop social media, email, and brand campaign visuals.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of graphic or digital design experience, preferably with DTC, e‑commerce or consumer brands.
• Fluent across print and digital media, with a strong eye for layout, typography and colour.
• Ability to own projects end‑to‑end and work quickly in a small team.

Required skills

• Adobe Illustrator (AI) and Photoshop proficiency.
• Shopify UI design.
• Ad creative production for Meta and Google Ads.
• Packaging design, including dieline creation.
• Motion/video and illustration skills (bonus).
