Freight Forwarding Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Freight Forwarding Sales Executive to join our team in Singapore. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing quotations, and ensuring smooth shipment execution while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Actively hunt for shipment enquiries and provide daily email quotations.
• Develop new business opportunities with prospective customers.
• Prepare and update quotations and rates for customers.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations to ensure shipments are processed correctly.
• Achieve individual sales goals, KPIs, and manage account receivables.
• Engage existing and potential customers to maintain strong business relationships.
• Grow an assigned territory through hunting new opportunities and nurturing existing accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: GCE O/N levels.
• 1‑2 years of freight operations experience in freight forwarding or NVOCC.
• Good knowledge of international trade and freight forwarding processes.
• Result‑driven, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong hunter‑sales mentality.
