Urban Mining Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to lead our Urban Mining initiatives. You will be responsible for sourcing e‑waste and scrap materials containing precious metals, building strong supplier relationships, and driving profitable sales across Singapore’s industrial sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source recyclable e‑waste and scrap materials from diverse industrial clients.
• Develop and maintain long‑term partnerships with suppliers, vendors and corporate accounts.
• Negotiate pricing, evaluate material costs and prepare customised commercial proposals.
• Monitor global market trends and pricing fluctuations for scrap, recycled commodities and precious metals.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, update CRM records and provide accurate forecasts to senior management.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience in the recycling or waste‑management industry.
• Strong negotiation, commercial pricing and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel regionally on short notice.
• Singapore citizenship (Singaporean only).

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM systems for pipeline management.
