Front Office Executive – Hotel Front Desk

About the role
voco Orchard Singapore is looking for a dynamic Front Office Executive to deliver warm hospitality and ensure an exceptional guest experience from check‑in to check‑out. You will also support the Club Lounge by preparing service areas and assisting guests throughout the day.
Key responsibilities
- Answer phones promptly and courteously.
- Welcome guests, register them, issue room keys and provide information on hotel services.
- Process cash and credit‑card transactions, post charges, prepare deposits and manage safe‑deposit boxes.
- Upsell rooms and other hotel products to maximise revenue.
- Handle guest complaints, perform service recovery and ensure total satisfaction.
- Book, modify and cancel reservations for individuals and groups.
- Support the Club Lounge – set up for breakfast, tea and cocktail periods, serve guests, clear cutlery and replenish food items.
- Collaborate with other departments, perform guest room tours, concierge services and special requests.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of relevant hotel operations experience (fresh hospitality graduates are welcome).
- Fluent English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Hospitality qualification preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Opera Property Management System.
