About the role
The Front Office Supervisor oversees daily front‑desk operations, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for every guest. Working closely with the Duty Manager and Reception team, you will maintain high service standards and support staff in delivering Accor’s hospitality vision.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the front‑desk team during your shift, guaranteeing efficient reception processes.
- Assist the Duty Manager with staffing rosters, room inventory control, and allocation planning.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure timely room cleaning, check‑outs, and VIP arrivals.
- Update and manage the Property Management System (Opera) accurately.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and loyalty program promotion (ALL – Accor Live Limitless).
- Train new and existing team members on front‑office procedures and Opera usage.
- Monitor performance standards and report any issues to management.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in front‑office operations, with leadership exposure preferred.
- Service‑focused personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a professional, warm demeanor.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Opera (Property Management System).
