FRS Training Instructor – Service Technician Trainer

About the role

Survitec is seeking an experienced FRS Training Instructor to develop and deliver technical training for service technicians in Singapore. You will work closely with subject‑matter experts to ensure trainees gain the confidence and competence required to support our safety‑critical products.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the annual training plan for service technicians and deliver a wide range of training modules.
• Apply the full training cycle: needs analysis, delivery, assessment, feedback and continuous improvement.
• Break down complex topics into manageable blocks, adapting pace and language to the audience.
• Support competence assessment activities and provide coaching to technicians.
• Maintain accurate training records, issue certificates and conduct regular audits.
• Participate in service technician duties when schedule permits, demonstrating up‑to‑date operational skills.
• Facilitate a community of practice, sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement.
• Identify and report non‑conformances, assist with incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Promote Survitec values and a safety‑first culture within the team.
