Full Stack Developer

About the role

Mavericks is looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer to join our agile team in Singapore. You will help turn complex business problems into simple, high‑quality software solutions that delight users.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver end‑to‑end solutions that create business value.
• Champion Agile best practices such as Test‑Driven Development, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to solve challenging technical problems.
• Provide constructive feedback, mentor peers, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
• Take ownership of product quality and act as if the company were your own.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience developing web, mobile or cloud applications.
• Proven track record delivering at least one large‑scale project to production.
• Strong background in both backend and frontend development within high‑performance Agile teams.
• Deep knowledge of at least one programming language and paradigm (OOP or FP).
• Experience with clean‑code practices, test automation and maintainable codebases.
