About the role

The Educator role is the foundation of lululemon’s retail success. Educators create world‑class guest experiences by sharing product knowledge, fostering community connections, and delivering personalized service in a luxury store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with guests to understand their needs and provide tailored purchase or return solutions.
• Deliver technical product education, articulating value and benefits of each item.
• Execute accurate transactions and omnichannel programs while maintaining store standards.
• Gather guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues.
• Plan and lead community initiatives such as local run clubs and yoga events.
• Support teammates by maintaining a respectful, inclusive environment.
• Perform product presentation tasks, restock merchandise, and use in‑store technology to enhance operations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to safety policies.
