About the role

The Educator is the front‑line ambassador of lululemon, delivering world‑class guest experiences in our retail stores across Singapore. You will connect with guests, share product knowledge, and foster a welcoming community environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage guests to ensure a seamless, personalized shopping experience.
• Provide technical product education, articulating product value and benefits.
• Execute accurate transactions and omnichannel programs in line with company standards.
• Gather guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues.
• Promote and participate in local community initiatives such as run clubs and yoga events.
• Maintain store presentation, restock merchandise, and perform cleaning tasks to uphold a luxury environment.
• Utilize in‑store technology to support operations and enhance guest interactions.
