About the role

The Educator is the front‑line ambassador of lululemon, delivering world‑class guest experiences in our Marina Bay Sands store. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and foster a welcoming community atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with guests to provide personalized service, assess needs, and recommend appropriate products.
• Deliver technical product education, explaining benefits and value of lululemon apparel.
• Execute accurate transactions and support omnichannel programs.
• Gather guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues.
• Promote and participate in local community initiatives such as run clubs and yoga events.
• Maintain store presentation through restocking, merchandising, and cleaning tasks.
• Utilize in‑store technology to enhance operations and guest experience.
• Adhere to safety policies and company standards.
