Full-Time Retail Educator – Singapore

About the role

The Educator role is the cornerstone of the guest experience in lululemon stores. As a full‑time team member you will engage customers, share product knowledge and help create a welcoming community environment across multiple Singapore locations.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with guests to deliver a fast, personalized shopping experience.
• Assess guest needs and provide tailored product recommendations and purchase or return solutions.
• Deliver technical product education, explaining the value and benefits of lululemon apparel.
• Execute accurate transactions and support omnichannel programs in line with company standards.
• Maintain store presentation by restocking, organizing merchandise and performing cleaning tasks.
• Gather guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues.
• Promote and participate in local community initiatives such as run clubs and yoga events.
