Club Technician – Full‑Time, 5‑Day Week, Sign‑On Bonus

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Club Technician to join our golf retail team. You will work alongside fitters to custom‑build and repair clubs, ensuring every customer receives equipment that matches their game.

Key responsibilities

• Perform club repairs and custom builds to fitters' specifications with high‑quality workmanship.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and fully functional workshop, managing tools, software and equipment.
• Provide expert advice on off‑the‑shelf clubs, adjustable settings and golf ball fitting.
• Support store operations, inventory management and in‑store marketing displays.
• Assist with nationwide fitting sessions, demo days and corporate golf programs.
• Achieve weekly sales targets and contribute to the club‑building system.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in golf club repair and custom building.
• Strong technical knowledge of golf clubs, components and fitting tools.
• Hands‑on experience with workshop equipment and inventory processes.
