About the role

The Educator role is the cornerstone of our retail success. You will create world‑class guest experiences, share product knowledge, and embody the community‑focused culture of lululemon in our Singapore stores.

Key responsibilities

• Engage guests, assess their needs, and provide tailored purchase or return solutions.
• Deliver technical product education, highlighting product value and benefits.
• Execute seamless transactions and omnichannel programs in line with company standards.
• Gather guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues.
• Promote local community programs and lead initiatives such as run clubs or yoga events.
• Maintain product presentation, restock merchandise, and ensure a clean, luxury store environment.
• Use in‑store technology to support operations and uphold safety policies.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team atmosphere and collaborate with colleagues to optimise guest experience.
