The Retail Educator is the front‑line ambassador of lululemon, delivering world‑class guest experiences in our Singapore stores. This full‑time position focuses on product education, community engagement, and seamless store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Engage guests to provide personalized product recommendations and support.
• Deliver technical product education, articulating value and benefits.
• Execute accurate guest transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Gather guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues.
