About the role

The Educator role is the foundation of lululemon’s retail success. Educators deliver world‑class customer service, share product knowledge, and embody the brand’s community spirit in a high‑traffic store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage guests, assess their needs, and provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Deliver technical product education, articulating value and benefits.
• Execute accurate guest transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Collect guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues.
• Promote local community programs and lead initiatives such as run clubs and yoga events.
• Maintain store presentation, restock merchandise, and perform cleaning tasks to uphold a luxury environment.
• Use in‑store technology to support operations and ensure safety compliance.
• Foster an inclusive team atmosphere by welcoming differences and supporting colleagues.
