Furnace Operator – Rotating Shift (East)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Furnace Operator to join our East facility on a rotating shift schedule. You will be responsible for operating vacuum and brazing furnaces used in the heat‑treatment of aircraft components, ensuring compliance with production plans, FAA regulations, and customer specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Set up vacuum and brazing furnaces, load fixtures, and configure temperature parameters.
• Monitor furnace temperatures and process conditions throughout each heat‑treatment cycle.
• Maintain accurate heat‑treatment logs and perform basic housekeeping duties.
• Carry out routine maintenance on furnace equipment.
• Report any part, equipment, tooling, or material issues to the supervisor promptly.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in heat‑treatment operations, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (Monday‑Friday, 07:30‑17:00).
• Minimum education: GCE O‑Level, NITEC, Technical Certificate, or equivalent.
