Furnace Operator – Rotating Shift, Up to $2,500 Basic

About the role

Join our aerospace heat‑treatment team as a Furnace Operator, working rotating day shifts to support the production of aircraft components. You will operate vacuum and brazing furnaces, ensuring each heat‑treatment cycle meets strict quality and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate vacuum and brazing furnaces according to production schedules and FAA regulations.
• Set up furnaces, load fixtures, configure temperature parameters, and monitor processes.
• Maintain heat‑treatment logs, perform basic maintenance, and keep the work area clean.
• Report any equipment, tooling, or material issues to the supervisor promptly.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of heat‑treatment experience, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (Monday‑Friday, 07:30‑17:00).
• Minimum GCE O‑Level / NITEC / Technical Certificate or equivalent.
