About the role

We are looking for a friendly and design‑savvy Furniture Design Consultant to join our retail store in Singapore. You will help customers create beautiful living spaces while delivering excellent service throughout the sales journey.

Key responsibilities

Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, preferences and budget, and provide personalized shopping experiences.
Offer professional design advice, assist with space planning, colour coordination and style choices to match customers' décor.
Maintain in‑depth product knowledge of materials, construction and features, and communicate benefits clearly.
Provide end‑to‑end customer service, addressing inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Support visual merchandising by arranging furniture and accessories to create appealing displays that reflect current design trends.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on new products and design trends.
