FY27 BRS One Deals Internship - Business Recovery Services

About the role

PwC's Business Recovery Services team offers an internship for students interested in corporate insolvency and restructuring. You will work on complex cases involving financial distress, legal disputes and formal insolvency processes such as judicial management and liquidation, supporting clients in delivering practical, commercially focused solutions. The role is open to students from a broad range of disciplines, local or overseas.

Key responsibilities

• Work as part of a team supporting corporate insolvency, restructuring and business recovery solutions from strategy to execution.
• Analyse data, financial information and other facts critically and with attention to detail.
• Support research, financial analysis and problem-solving using a range of tools and techniques.
• Help prepare clear, accurate and high-quality deliverables in line with professional standards.
• Keep up to date with developments in insolvency, restructuring and related technical areas.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, verbally and in writing, and collaborate respectfully with team members.

Required profile

• Student from a discipline such as Accountancy, Business Management, Business Analytics, Economics, Law, Engineering, Computer Science or Finance.
• Strong interest in corporate insolvency and restructuring.
• Excellent academic performance (preferably minimum Second-Class Upper Honours or equivalent) and a strong track record in co-curricular activities.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work independently under pressure.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
