Game Developer – Playable Ads

About the role

We are seeking a Game Developer specialized in Playable Ads to craft engaging, lightweight interactive experiences that boost user acquisition performance. You will collaborate closely with our Marketing team to transform game concepts into high‑impact playable creatives and continuously refine them based on campaign data.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and iterate playable advertising creatives for mobile games.
• Convert creative concepts and game ideas into interactive experiences, prototyping new mechanics and gameplay variations.
• Partner with Marketing to improve playable performance through A/B testing and campaign analysis.
• Optimize playables for loading speed, file size, and overall performance across mobile platforms.
• Explore and adopt new tools, including AI‑assisted workflows, to accelerate development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of software development experience.
• Passion for mobile games, especially puzzle titles.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a rapid prototyping mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and HTML5.
• Hands‑on experience with Cocos Creator or a similar game engine.
• Experience designing game mechanics, gameplay logic, and interactive experiences.
• Good understanding of animation, UI interactions, and performance optimization.
