About the role
We are looking for a friendly, reliable team member to join Secret Basement Gelato in Singapore. As a Gelato Crew member you will be the face of our growing food & beverage brand, serving handcrafted gelato and desserts while ensuring a delightful customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Serve our handcrafted gelato and desserts, ensuring accurate portioning and attractive presentation.
- Prepare waffles, drinks and other menu items according to recipes.
- Provide a warm and memorable experience for customers, handling inquiries and feedback.
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area, equipment and dining space, and ensure the outlet runs smoothly.
- Learn about our flavours, products and the Secret Basement experience to share knowledge with guests.
Required profile
- Friendly, responsible and reliable.
- Enjoys interacting with customers.
- Can work independently and as part of a small team.
- Willing to learn and take initiative.
