About the role

The General Manager – Marketing leads the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning and demand generation for the organization. This senior leader defines the brand narrative, shapes value propositions and ensures consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints while aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated, multi‑channel marketing plans that drive brand awareness, acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Direct market research, competitive analysis and trend monitoring to uncover growth opportunities.
• Lead cross‑functional marketing teams, set performance goals, manage budgets and oversee campaign execution.
• Collaborate with sales, product, finance and executive leadership to align marketing activities with pipeline growth.
• Own marketing analytics, define KPIs, monitor performance and use data‑driven insights to optimise ROI.
• Maintain brand governance, ensure visual and tonal consistency, and manage external agencies and partners.
