General Manager – Snowboard & Ski School

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead the Snowboard & Ski School at TRIFECTA, Singapore's first integrated surf, snow and skate destination. This full‑time, hybrid position combines on‑site leadership with flexible work‑from‑home days, overseeing daily operations, lesson scheduling, instructor teams, and guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Snowboard & Ski School P&L: set revenue targets, pricing strategy, and margin goals.
• Manage peak and off‑peak revenue: design schedules, smooth utilisation, and adjust pricing bands.
• Produce monthly reports on revenue, enrolments, re‑enrolment rates and off‑peak utilisation.
• Design term‑based program architecture for children, adults, holiday camps and corporate clients.
• Build B2B2C partnerships with schools and enrichment programs.
• Maintain curriculum quality in collaboration with the Head Instructor.
• Drive re‑enrolment conversion at term end and manage snow memberships and packages.
• Recruit, certify and retain a bench of freelance instructors, ensuring readiness before each peak season.
• Collaborate with marketing and partnership teams to grow bookings and brand visibility.

Required profile

• Proven experience running a swim school, sports academy, enrichment brand or ski school.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills with a focus on inclusive culture.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, P&L and revenue optimisation.
• Excellent problem‑solving, customer‑service orientation and operational excellence.
