About the role
Capgemini is seeking a senior Global Client Partner to drive growth and profitability across strategic accounts with a focus on cybersecurity and risk solutions. The role is client‑facing, responsible for expanding the firm’s footprint among security stakeholders and delivering value‑oriented outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies for strategic accounts, targeting net new business and wallet‑share expansion.
- Identify and convert account‑mining opportunities, especially around cybersecurity, risk, compliance and resilience initiatives.
- Act as executive sponsor and trusted advisor to C‑level executives, including CIOs, CISOs, risk leaders and procurement stakeholders.
- Lead governance forums such as QBRs, steering committees and crisis escalation when required.
- Translate client security pain points into scalable solutions covering security transformation, managed security services, cloud security, IAM, GRC, SOC operations and cyber risk management.
- Partner with delivery leadership to improve operational efficiency, quality and contribution margin.
Required profile
- Extensive senior‑level experience in client‑facing roles within cybersecurity or risk‑focused consulting.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and margin improvement in large, complex accounts.
- Strong understanding of regulatory pressures, risk landscapes and security‑led value propositions.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills with C‑suite and security decision‑makers.
