Global Finance Business Partner

About the role

The Global Finance Business Partner will support our international markets by providing financial leadership, analysis, and reporting. You will work closely with local finance teams across Asia‑Pacific, ensuring robust financial processes and insightful decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance management for overseas markets.
• Monitor actual performance against budget, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver actionable insights.
• Prepare regular financial and management reports, including P&L analysis, variance analysis and forward‑looking forecasts.
• Support franchise partnerships throughout their lifecycle – settlement, budgeting, reporting and system implementation.
• Partner with local finance teams to improve processes, strengthen controls and enhance reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to launch new markets, business models and operational initiatives.
• Develop standardized, data‑driven financial management frameworks and dashboards.
• Create financial guidelines, training materials and provide training to overseas teams.
• Conduct ad‑hoc financial analysis and support strategic finance projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA or CFA is preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in FP&A, business finance or management reporting.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, chain food & beverage or other multi‑site consumer businesses is a plus.
• Background in multinational organisations or supporting international/franchise operations is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP or other international accounting standards.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, primarily to Xiamen and other APAC markets.
