Global Household Goods Coordinator – 1 Year Contract

About the role

The Global Household Goods Coordinator will manage the household goods portion of international relocations for transferees, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the move process. This 1‑year contract role is based in Graebel’s Singapore office and ensures moves are coordinated according to Graebel and client standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer‑service contact for transferees during the entire move.
• Coordinate and monitor household goods moves, ensuring compliance with Graebel and client procedures.
• Track shipment status, resolve issues, and communicate solutions promptly.
• Maintain profitability of each move, avoid write‑offs, and escalate potential revenue losses.
• Process billing paperwork accurately within required timelines.
• Update records in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service and process management.
• Advanced English communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑changing, multicultural environment.
• Flexibility, initiative, and capacity to work under stress while meeting targets.
• Open‑minded, “international feeling,” and strong project‑management abilities.
• Previous experience in international forwarding or relocation industry is advantageous.
