Global HR Business Partner – Energy (Part‑Time)

About the role

The Global HR Business Partner for Energy will act as a strategic connector between the Energy sector and the People & Culture function. Working part‑time (minimum 24 hours per week), you will align people strategies with business priorities and champion the SJ Group people agenda across the Infrastructure + Energy Business Line.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior sector leaders to translate business goals into HR initiatives.
• Provide expert advice on talent management, succession planning, culture, diversity and workforce mobility.
• Synthesise data and insights to support decision‑making and organisational planning.
• Support global mobility and workforce deployment across the sector.
• Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to deliver change and transformation projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of HR experience in professional services.
• Proven ability to operate strategically and operationally on HR, organisational and cultural change programmes.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with senior leaders and employees.
• Experience leading change management initiatives and building trusted internal client networks.
• Project coordination and management experience.
