Senior Associate / Assistant Manager – Global Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Senior Associate / Assistant Manager in Global Talent Acquisition will partner closely with business units across Surbana Jurong to design and execute recruitment strategies. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring talent needs are met with high‑quality candidates and a seamless hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop recruitment solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple roles within assigned markets, from sourcing to offer.
• Utilise a variety of sourcing channels in line with Surbana Jurong’s sourcing framework.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to enhance the employer brand.
• Lead initiatives such as employer branding, internships, career fairs and talent talks.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in specialist recruitment, preferably within engineering consultancy, professional services or agency environments.
• Proven ability to establish and nurture client networks and deliver consultative recruitment advice.
• Experience recruiting for Hong Kong and China is an advantage.
• Proactive, able to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
