Global HR Shared Services Expert (AI & Digital Enablement)

About the role

This position leads the Global HR Shared Services function, focusing on AI and digital enablement to streamline HR processes and improve employee experience. The expert will work across multiple regions, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and the adoption of automation tools.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, contract renewals and off‑boarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, payroll inputs, HR letters and maintain accurate employee records.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries and uphold service level agreements.
• Develop and maintain AI prompts, templates and knowledge resources to automate repetitive HR tasks.
• Administer Lark HR modules, build workflows, create dashboards and reporting tools.
• Coordinate global onboarding, employee engagement programs and internal communications.
• Standardise SOPs, monitor HR KPIs and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, change‑driven environments.
• Strong understanding of compliance with local labour regulations.
