Global Process Delivery Analyst II, AP

About the role

The Global Process Delivery Analyst II supports the Asia Pacific Regional GPD team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Process Delivery. The role partners with HR, finance, legal, and external vendors to deliver regional Total Rewards programs and drive operational improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and administer regional Total Rewards programs, including benefits, insurance, pension, incentives, and leave programs.
• Conduct benefits billing reviews, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate settlements with Finance, Payroll, and vendors.
• Lead audits of employee benefits data, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver reports, reconciliations, and analyses highlighting delivery status, exceptions, and trends.
• Design and deliver training on Total Rewards processes for HR professionals and employees.
• Manage workstreams for operational projects, covering requirements, testing, implementation, and post‑launch validation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, Total Rewards administration, or shared services.
• Strong analytical skills to investigate issues, determine root causes, and propose solutions.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team performance across multiple cycles.
• Sound judgment managing financial, compliance, privacy, and employee‑impact risks.
