Global Process Delivery Analyst I - Total Rewards

About the role

Nike's Global Process Delivery team supports high-volume HR operations within a multinational organization. This Analyst I role reports to the Global Process Delivery Senior Supervisor and works with cross-regional teams to deliver Total Rewards operations, streamline processes and improve efficiency. It also partners with company-appointed and local vendors. The position ensures data accuracy, operational efficiency and compliance across global HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize requests from employees, managers and HR partners through ServiceNow while delivering Total Rewards operations, including leave administration and compensation audits.
• Administer leave of absence requests in Workday and other time management systems.
• Administer employee benefits, including health, insurance, retirement, meal and wellness programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies on compensation and benefits.
• Support quarterly, bi-annual and annual compensation cycles.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee benefits providers and payroll interfaces.
• Conduct regular Total Rewards audits of HR data to ensure accuracy, compliance and data integrity.
• Initiate and take part in process improvement initiatives to improve team efficiency and service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in HR, Operations or Organizational Management.
• Experience in HR Total Rewards is preferred.
• High fluency in English to support stakeholders across different geographies.
• Strong adaptability, flexibility and multitasking ability across multiple platforms and systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
