Global Procurement Director, FMCG

About the role

The company, a leading FMCG organization focused on food, is seeking a seasoned Global Procurement Director to drive its strategic growth agenda. Reporting to the Global Head of Procurement, you will oversee a large, qualified team and shape end‑to‑end procurement strategy worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global procurement strategy that supports business growth, margin improvement and operational excellence.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations and Commercial teams to create scalable procurement models and simplify processes.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives that deliver sustainable cost savings and value creation.
• Manage global supplier relationships and negotiate contracts that generate long‑term commercial value.
• Drive digital transformation, data‑driven decision‑making, and champion ESG and sustainability initiatives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a procurement leader within the Food/Beverages/Ingredients sector.
• Proven track record of managing global supplier networks and delivering strategic initiatives.
• Commercially minded, strategic, and hands‑on operational approach.
