Global Technology Solutions - End User Computing Internship

About the role

Join PwC's Global Technology Solutions (GTS) team as an End User Computing (EUC) Intern. You will gain a behind‑the‑scenes view of how a leading professional services firm manages devices, software, and IT services that keep its people productive.

Key responsibilities

• Support the EUC asset lifecycle: plan and coordinate device onboarding, loans, refreshes, and off‑boarding.
• Assist with software packaging, testing, release, and deployment to keep devices up‑to‑date.
• Provide IT support by troubleshooting issues and performing software installations and upgrades.
• Follow up after incident resolution and fulfill IT service requests.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Security, and Procurement to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate asset records, including status, location, and user assignment.
• Help ensure all devices comply with firm security policies and standards.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a diploma program in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of IT support and end‑user device management.
• Willingness to learn troubleshooting, software installation, and device configuration.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and clear communication skills.
• Familiarity with IT asset management principles is a plus.
• Awareness of security policies and standards for end‑user computing.
