Graduate Associate – ESG Advisory

About the role
KPMG Singapore is seeking a Graduate Associate to join its ESG Advisory team. You will work alongside ESG professionals to help clients navigate sustainability challenges and drive large‑scale economic transformation in the region.
Key responsibilities
- Support KPMG’s positioning as a leading ESG services provider in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
- Assist business development activities, including proposal creation and thought‑leadership pieces.
- Contribute to ESG service offerings such as ESG reporting, data collection, market research, and gap analysis against frameworks like the Greenhouse Gas Protocol and the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across audit, tax, and advisory to deliver ESG projects, including sustainable finance and ESG due diligence.
Required profile
- Recent graduate with a strong interest in ESG, sustainability, or related fields.
- Ability to work effectively with ESG and other professionals within a global firm.
- Analytical mindset and willingness to study industry trends.
